Job Duties:
- Provide operational contract linguist support to U.S. Army operations

support for military operations and interpret

- Transcribe and analyze communications.
- Perform document exploitation.
- Scan, research, and analyze
foreign language documents for key information.

Job Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen fluent in speaking
Pashto and Dari.

Job
Title: Iraqi Advisor or Special Advisor
(Iraq)
Job Duties:
- Assist and advise military staff and
commanders in planning operations and establishing
mutual trust and understanding between
the military and the Iraqi people.
- Provide analysis and recommendations
regarding Iraqi political, social, economic,
cultural, religious, tribal issues and
other potentially newsworthy trends in
the Area of Responsibility.
- Act as a facilitator at meetings
between the military and Iraqi officials
as deemed appropriate.
- Through local contacts, gather
information from the local community regarding
issues or events of local or regional significance,
special events, and celebrations.
- Gather information on issues
that are important to the Iraqi people.
- Scan, research, and analyze
foreign language documents for key information.
- Recruit and employ Iraqi
Local National Advisors for the purpose
of collecting atmospheric information.
- Identify and extract information
components meeting military information
requirements.
Job Requirements:

fluent in Arabic.

Job Title:Iraq
Public Opinion Polling Research Analyst
Job Duties:
- Provide research and analytic support to the Department
of State/Office of Research by planning, implementing,
analyzing and reporting as part of an extensive public
opinion research program in Iraq.
- Provide information and analysis to
policy-makers throughout the Department of State
and the rest of the foreign policy and intelligence
communities.
- Participate in planning and implementation
of numerous public opinion survey and focus group
projects in support of policy makers in the Department
of State and across the USG.
- Evaluation and analysis of public opinion
data including checking data validity and statistical
analysis using SPSS software.
- Design of methodologically appropriate
and policy relevant public opinion research projects
(primarily surveys and focus group studies), including
identifying research questions to be examined and
designing questionnaires and discussion guides.
- Management of the implementation of
public opinion research projects including reviewing
translations, and keeping multiple projects on tight
schedules.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS clearance
eligibility.
- Knowledge of, and ability to apply,
analytical processes and investigative techniques
for conducting studies and detailed analyses of various
research projects.
- Ability to conduct, analyze and interpret
focus groups.
- Knowledge of, and ability to apply, statistical
analysis software and programming languages including,
but not limited to, Statistical Analysis System (SAS)
programming language, the Statistical Package for
the Social Sciences (SPSS) and knowledge of inferential
and descriptive statistics.
- Knowledge of, and ability to apply, attitude and
opinion research methodologies and ability to design,
develop and present survey questionnaires.
